Tis’ the season for self care!

Happy Holidays To All of You!

If it’s more like holidaze for some of you, choose to practice self care by keeping up your regular yoga practice and perhaps attending some of our offerings to reduce any stress that may build up with all the hustle and bustle of the month.  Here’s an intention that can be helpful for welcoming loving thoughts if the mind seems to be on the negative side:

In my mind are thoughts that can hurt me or help me.
I am constantly choosing the contents of my mind.
Today I choose to let go of everything except my loving thoughts.

The power to change the world is in you.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.
Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” Martin Luther King, Jr
