INTEGRATIVE RESTORATION (iREST(R)) - YOGA NIDRA SESSIONS WITH JEANNE
New Spring Sessions for 2014
Tuesdays, March 4- April 22; 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.  -- Eight Weeks, $95

Wednesdays, March 5 - April 23; 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. -- Eight Weeks $105
Experience stress reduction, less anxiety, improved sleep, relief from
chronic pain and symptoms, a feeling of well-being, and deep relaxation. Integrative
Restoration (iRest(R)), the modern-day protocol for the ancient life-altering practice of Yoga
Nidra, is a deeply relaxing guided meditation and self-inquiry. Resting on your back or sitting in
a comfortable position, you are skillfully led through ten steps that invite a state of complete
relaxation and awaken great potential for realizing one's deepest desires and the timeless
wisdom that lies within. This process invites a letting go of limiting beliefs and conditioning and
opens you to experience all that life presents with ease. Each week we will experience
opening our senses, relaxing deeply, and inquiring into our nature of wholeness. Together we
will rediscover and explore our highest potential for health, well-being, and happiness. To

REGULAR CLASS REGISTRATION
To prepare your intake and waiver forms before your first class, please use the following
steps:

1. Download the intake form.

2. Download the waiver form.

3. Open the forms individually, and type your information into each form.

4. Send the forms to Jeanne via U.S. mail, e-mail, or bring them to your first class.


CLASS PASS INVESTMENTS

60-minute Class Pass (Drop-in $13/class) - 8 classes $88; 16 classes $154

75-minute Class Pass (Drop-in $14/class) - 8 classes $92; 16 classes $160

90-minute Class Pass (Drop-in $15/class) - 8 classes $96; 16 classes $164

Unlimited Monthly Class Pass $95/month (example: 3x wk $7.92/class; 5x wk $4.75/class)

Unlimited Monthly Class Pass with autopay $90/month (example: 3x wk $7.50/class; 5x wk
$4.50/class)

A percentage of all class pass income is donated to a local community charity annually. In
addition, Yoga for Wellness, LLC regularly donates to community organizations, including:
Drug Free Idaho and Idaho Food Bank as well as others which are carefully selected.

CLASS PASS DURATION
8-class pass expires 9 weeks from the date of purchase

16-class pass expires 16 weeks from the date of purchase

support this important commitment, Jeanne offers a $25 discount with the purchase of a
series of five or more private or semi-private sessions.

MAKE-UP POLICY FOR CLASSES
Make-ups for missed classes are allowed prior to class card's expiration date in any
appropriate level classes.

REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
Cash refunds are not given unless we cancel the class. With a minimum 48-hour advance
notice of cancellation, a credit will be extended (less $25 non-refundable deposit) toward
future classes. Sorry, no exceptions.

New Class! Morning Flow with Lisa Bateman, Certified Yoga Teacher
This class combines gentle yoga with an active vinyasa flow. While all
levels are welcome, this class is designed for experienced students.
Classes will include Sun Salutations, balancing poses, downward dog, and
core work.  An easy pace,  restorative poses, and savasana (yoga's pose of
relaxation) will be offered throughout to bring balance to the practices.
Every class will be taught from a gentle perspective, using adaptations when
necessary and with an intention to build overall flexibility, balance, and
strength!
Starts April 2nd.
Cost:$14 drop in (8 class/16class available)

Bodywork Incentives!
Just like a regular yoga practice can have tremendous health benefits, so
can regular body work! With the intention to encourage consistent self
care, studio teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist, Lisa Bateman, would
like to offer a special incentive program to Yoga for Wellness students.

Schedule ongoing, monthly massage receive $5 off session
(60 minute massage = $60, you pay= $55)
Schedule ongoing, bi- weekly massage receive $10 off session
(60 minute massage = $60, you pay= $50)
Schedule ongoing, weekly massage receive $15 off session
(60 minute massage = $60, you pay= $45)

Karma Yoga
Yoga for Wellness, LLC is excited to announce a special invitation to our community.
Beginning in January 2014, we will be offering a FREE, 60 minute community yoga
practice the last Sunday of every month at 10:30 a.m. This class will be suitable for all
levels, but especially designed for those brand new to yoga, or first timers at YFW.  It is
our intention to make yoga accessible to everybody! Current students are welcome,
however, we strongly encourage you to bring a friend, family member, or neighbor who
hasn't experienced what we offer! Let's share the benefits of yoga!

Accepting Registrations Now for Silent Retreat with Joan Ruvinsky
Nazareth Retreat Center, May 2-5, 2014
Maximum 25 participants.
This predominately silent 3-day retreat explores the recognition of our inherent non-
separation through the myriad of practices from the non-dual Tantric tradition, including
quiet sitting, body and breath sensing, iRest® Yoga Nidra, inquiry dyads, chant as well
as outdoor practices from the Vijñana Bhairava. Four gatherings in community per day
are interspersed with free time for contemplation and integration. The gift of silence
allows true listening to emerge. Each day a short period of dialogues serves to deepen
the understanding that is uncovered as the retreat progresses.
Paradoxically, this predominantly silent retreat fulfills one of the requirements
for the Integrative Restoration Institute iRest® Yoga Nidra Teacher Certification and
provides CEUs for Registered Yoga Alliance Teachers.
