Jeanne Dillion, RYT 500

Jeanne Dillion, Director of Yoga for Wellness, is a Certified Yoga Therapist through the Integrative Yoga Therapy program and a Certified iRest Meditation Teacher through the Integrative Restoration Institute. Long-term health issues led Jeanne to yoga where she rediscovered her True Nature of joy and found tools for healing and living that profoundly enhanced her life. She’s been practicing yoga since 1990 and in 1998, Jeanne opened Yoga for Wellness, LLC, to share the many benefits of this tradition with others. She is passionate about teaching yoga and meditation and inspiring others to find health, healing and enhanced well being. Her teaching style is gentle and accessible to anyone. Jeanne compassionately works with people living with MS, cancer, infertility, chronic pain, and other challenging conditions. One of her primary focuses is leading classes, workshops, and individuals in Integrative Restoration (iRest), the modern day protocol for Yoga Nidra, a profound guided meditation which leads practitioners to experience deep healing and peace. Because this guided meditation has touched her life so deeply, she cherishes the opportunity to share it with as many others as possible!
In her personal practice and when teaching, Jeanne delights in following the disciplines of T.K.V. Desikachar, the son and primary student of Krishnamacharya, a prominent yogi who helped bring a resurgence of hatha yoga in recent decades, and Richard Miller, Ph.D., founder and Director of the Integrative Restoration Institute. The teachings of both yoga masters have generated profound transformation and well-being in her life. Jeanne is currently continuing advanced studies with Richard Miller and Joan Ruvinsky of Pathless Yoga.
Jeanne's yoga studies have also been influenced by other renowned yoga teachers including: Joseph LePage, Founder of Integrative Yoga Therapy; Jon Kabat-Zinn, founding Director of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction; Gay Kraftsow, Director of the American Viniyoga Institute; and Sonia Nelson, Director of the Vedic Chant Center.
Jeanne also owns Workplace Wellness, LLC, a wellness consulting business for workplaces. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance with a 500-hour level of distinction and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Jessica Adams

Jessica has been passionately practicing yoga since 2000 when she began taking classes from Yogi Shalom (Charles Schoelen), founder of the Yoga Center of Fresno, in California. She has taught yoga classes through the Meridian Parks and Recreation programs. Jessica is a practitioner of Integrative Restoration (iRest) and a dedicated student of Jeanne Dillion. Her iRest practice has been profoundly healing and transformative, resulting in the realization of her heartfelt desire to share the infinite relaxation and joy of yoga with friends, family, and the community. In October 2009 Jessica completed an intensive teacher training program following the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga at 7 Centers of Sedona, Arizona and received a 200-hour teaching certification. Currently, she is continuing her academic studies and working toward a Master’s degree in counseling. Her intention is to integrate counseling with the tools and gifts of yoga to help others find peace in all circumstances of life. Jessica teaches beginner level hatha yoga with a focus on the essence of each posture, and integrating spiritual and philosophical teachings with her calm, caring, and positive presence.
Gayle Valentine, M.A., RYT
Gayle loves her own yoga practice for the balance and calm that it brings as well as for the healing benefits to physical challenges such as osteopenia. Gayle became dedicated to her yoga practice in 2002, and her focus on yoga as a means of integrating the mind, body, and breath has led her to appreciate “being” as she becomes ever more liberated from “doing.” A certified yoga teacher in the Desikachar lineage, Gayle eagerly shares this practice and its abundant gifts with others. As a result of her 2006 visit to India, Gayle received a Certificate of Participation at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram. Of this experience, Gayle says, “India taught me to remember to slow down and focus on my breath.” Other guiding principles of Yoga have also taken on a new life in Gayle’s personal practice and teaching: “Yoga is not exercise,” quoted one of the Mandiram teachers. “Do not worry about results, let go and surrender to what is.” This foundational principle of performing all practices with sraddha – faith – supports Yoga's promise: “Daily practice eliminates problems.”
