Integrative Restoration Rest®), the modern-day protocol for the ancient life-altering practice of Yoga Nidra, is a deeply relaxing guided meditation and self-inquiry. Resting on your back or sitting in a comfortable position, you are skillfully led through ten steps that invite a state of complete relaxation and awaken great potential for realizing one’s deepest desires and the timeless wisdom that lies within.

This process invites a letting go of limiting beliefs and conditioning and opens you to experience all that life presents with ease. Each week we will experience opening our senses, relaxing deeply, and inquiring into our nature of wholeness.
